The Department of Business Administration at the European University of Bangladesh (EUB) successfully hosted a comprehensive day-long Entrepreneurship Development Fair on Saturday, April 12, 2025. Centered on the theme “Fashion Innovation,” the event was held at the university’s Student Corner and conducted under the guidance of the respective course instructor. As a component of the academic curriculum, the fair featured active participation from 7th-semester Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) students, who applied theoretical learning in a practical context through the establishment of six entrepreneurial ventures. Each group presented a distinct business model, showcasing innovation, creativity, and market responsiveness. The following ventures were exhibited:
- Craft & Creation – A collection of handmade ornaments and artisan crafts
- Bigshot – Contemporary women’s attire, including fashionable 3-piece sets and kurti
- Trendz Fashion – Stylish and youth-oriented panjabi and T-shirts
- Prachin – Decorative lamps highlighting artistic craftsmanship
- Glint – Elegant and bespoke jewelry
- Nandanik – A display of traditional and indigenous handicrafts
The fair served as a dynamic platform for experiential learning, facilitating the integration of academic concepts with real-world business practices. Through this initiative, students were afforded the opportunity to cultivate entrepreneurial competencies, collaborative skills, and market-oriented thinking.
