I focused on simplifying operational processes, streamlining inventory management, and enhancing staff training programs. Building strong customer engagement initiatives and ensuring uniformity across stores have also been key strategies.
How do you ensure alignment between brandshop expansion plans and market demand while maintaining OPPO’s brand identity?
Market research and customer insights guide every expansion decision. We align the store designs and services to reflect OPPO’s premium image while ensuring we meet the specific needs of different markets.
What key challenges have you faced in scaling retail operations, and how have you overcome them?
