My journey from the formative years of school and college to my current position has been shaped by various experiences, particularly my leadership roles in academic clubs and organizations. Serving as the president of the Notre Dame College science club honed my coordination and management skills, providing a solid foundation for understanding end-to-end management practices.
Through these experiences, I not only acquired essential skills but also identified areas for personal growth, such as effective communication and formal procedures. Recognizing the importance of creating a lasting impression and building a strong personal brand, I’ve continuously strived to refine my skills and enhance my professional image.
Despite having familial ties to the public sector, with my father serving as the Deputy Managing Director of TITAS GAS, I made a deliberate choice to pursue a career in the private sector. In my interactions with ministers and corporate heads, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the dynamics that shape our business environment. It’s clear that the ability to gather knowledge, identify problems, and deliver compelling messages are crucial skills for navigating these spheres. Moreover, presenting ideas with a sense of readiness is pivotal, as it not only reflects confidence but also ensures effective communication.

From initially being ‘ready to impress,’ we have transitioned into a more confident and composed stance. Women like a super power human being in the world. They can manage everything with a great balance. My wife is working women. She inspired to me for women’s empowerment. Growing up, I felt the weight of expectations to be financially self-sufficient, even within a privileged family environment. This drive propelled me to pursue various avenues beyond academics, driven by the desire for a certain lifestyle and the ability to provide for my loved ones.
