I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Green University of Bangladesh with a major in Human Resource Management in 2019, achieving a GPA of 3.68. Subsequently, I pursued my Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Green University of Bangladesh in 2020, achieving a GPA of 3.98. My professional experience includes working at Brac Bank, the multinational company Himalaya Bangladesh, Dotlines, and the Digital Entrepreneur Hub. Currently, I serve as the Manager of Communications at UTC Global Academy. Additionally, I have conducted over 40 seminars at various private, public, and national universities as a resource person, both online and offline. I am also a young soft skills trainer, covering topics such as Mastering CV Writing, Interview Skills, Job Searching Techniques, How to Optimize your LinkedIn & Bdjobs Profile, and Time Management.
As Manager of Communications at UTC Global Academy, how do you ensure that your institution’s messaging effectively resonates with its target audience in the competitive education sector?
UTC Global Academy is an EdTech company that provides relevant skills for professionals and students. implement training, monitor and enforce consistency, utilize technology, empower employees, and continuously review and update messaging.
In your role, how do you leverage various communication channels, including digital platforms and traditional media, to engage with stakeholders and promote UTC Global Academy’s educational offerings?
Visiting Universities’ to Promote our Business attend job fairs, Conducted seminars Etc. Using Social Media analysis tools like servers, quizzes etc.
As a professional in communications, what strategies do you employ to stay updated with industry trends and adapt to evolving communication technologies in the education sector?
Participating in webinars, podcasts, seminars, workshops, meetups, and conferences, attending industry forums, contributing to open-source projects, and engaging in various professional development activities.
Beyond your professional responsibilities, do you engage in any personal projects or hobbies related to communication or education? If so, could you share about them?
During my leisure time, I enjoy reading new books and continuously striving to learn and implement new concepts in my life. Additionally, I actively engage in voluntary work by posting job openings on my Facebook and LinkedIn professional platforms, aiming to assist others in accessing job circulars.
