I am an AgriTech enthusiast, a dreamer, and entrepreneur. I started my journey back in 2013 from an advertising agency and have worked for different industry types like ISP, FinTech, Real state, Smartphone, hospitality, and IT since last 10 years. I have completed my bachelor’s and master’s in English literature and linguistics from a private university in Bangladesh. I have also obtained a diploma certificate in classical dance from the Bangladesh Academy of Fine Arts. I am fascinated by music as well.
I am an experienced Sales & Marketing professional, helping businesses through their digital transformation through consulting, training, and helping enterprises large and small develop and execute public relations, social media marketing strategy, influencer marketing, and social selling initiatives. I am fluent in English, Bengali & Hindi – a popular keynote speaker and has been invited to speak about recent market trends and happening in a dozen medias. I am best known for communication, networking, brand building, and reputation management.

As the Chief Business Officer at Nodes Digital Limited, I’ve implemented several strategies to drive business growth and cultivate strategic partnerships in the agritech industry, such as Market Research and Analysis, Product Development and Innovation, Strategic Partnerships, Collaboration with Research Institutions, Customer Engagement and Support, Expansion into New Markets, Thought Leadership and Industry Advocacy. By implementing these strategies, we aim to drive sustainable business growth, strengthen our position in the agritech market, and create value for our customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Could you share a recent success story or milestone achieved under your leadership at Nodes Digital Limited that highlights the company’s commitment to innovation and excellence?
We are one of the winners of BIG 2023 and also one of the finalists in Women in ClimateTech and Sustainability Reverse Accelerator a collaboration between Accelerating Asia Impact and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP), and supported by Global Affairs Canada (GAC)
As a female leader in the tech industry, what advice do you have for aspiring women entrepreneurs and executives looking to make their mark in traditionally male-dominated sectors?
As a female leader in the tech industry, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities that women entrepreneurs and executives face in traditionally male-dominated sectors. Here are some pieces of advice for aspiring women looking to make their mark: Believe in Yourself, build a Strong Support Network, Be Resilient, Take Risks and Embrace Failure, Focus on Continuous Learning and Skill Development, Find Your Unique Voice and Leadership Style, Advocate for Yourself, Support Other Women, be a catalyst for change, Stay True to Your Values. Building and nurturing a high-performing team in a fast-paced and dynamic industry like agritech requires a combination of strategic leadership, effective communication, and a supportive work culture. Certainly. Early in my career as Chief Business Officer, I faced a significant setback when a key strategic partnership that we had been working on for months fell through unexpectedly. This partnership was crucial for our company’s growth strategy, and its failure to materialize was a major blow.
Initially, I felt disappointed and frustrated, questioning my abilities and the decisions that led to this outcome. However, I quickly realized that dwelling on the setback wouldn’t solve anything. Instead, I chose to view it as a learning experience and an opportunity for growth.
First, I conducted a thorough post-mortem analysis to understand what went wrong and identify any lessons learned. This involved gathering feedback from internal stakeholders, as well as examining external factors that may have contributed to the partnership’s collapse.
Next, I focused on maintaining morale and momentum within the team. I openly communicated the setback, acknowledging the disappointment but also emphasizing the importance of resilience and perseverance. I encouraged team members to share their thoughts and ideas for moving forward, fostering a sense of collective ownership and empowerment.
Throughout this process, I remained transparent with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and employees, about our challenges and our strategy for overcoming them. This transparency helped build trust and confidence in our ability to navigate adversity and emerge stronger.
