Mr. Rashed Mosarof: I embarked on my professional journey with a strong academic foundation in Human Resources Management, earning my Master’s Degree from the University of Dhaka and MBA Degree from the University of Gloucestershire. My career began with an entry-level HR position, where I gained invaluable experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Over the last 15 years, I climbed the corporate ladder, holding various HR roles across different industries. These experiences enriched my understanding of diverse work cultures and HR practices. In 2019, I joined Dabur Bangladesh as the Head of Human Resources, where I continue to leverage my expertise to drive organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

At Dabur Bangladesh, fostering a positive and productive work environment is paramount. My key strategies include promoting open communication, recognizing and rewarding employee contributions, and encouraging continuous professional development. We have established a culture of inclusivity and respect, where every team member feels valued and heard.
