My name is Md. Abul Hashem, and I hold an MBS with First Class Honors, ranking 21st in Bangladesh. I bring 14 years of experience working with various organizations, including Banglalink, The City Bank Limited, Pickaboo.com, Bproperty.com, and ShareTrip Limited.
What key strategies have you implemented to enhance ShareTrip’s overseas education services?
I have successfully negotiated agreements with international universities and portals, securing commissions for ShareTrip Limited. Additionally, I established partnerships with IELTS centers, prestigious universities in Bangladesh, and English-medium coaching centers to attract students through referral fees. I also recruited experienced counselors from the education sector and organized seminars and events to engage students interested in studying abroad.
How do you ensure that students receive the best guidance when selecting their study abroad destinations?
With our extensive experience in the study abroad field and a track record of securing numerous successful visas over the past 10-13 years, we ensure that every student who comes to us receives top-notch guidance. From selecting the ideal university and exploring financial support options to providing comprehensive document preparation assistance and other essential services, we offer the best possible solutions tailored to each student’s needs.
Mr. Hashem, what challenges have you faced in managing international education partnerships, and how did you overcome them?
The primary challenge lies in obtaining offer letters from universities and securing commissions. To address these issues effectively, I frequently reach out directly to the CEO or key decision-makers.
How do you see the future of overseas education evolving, and what role will ShareTrip play in it?

During my tenure as DGM and Head of Study Abroad at MegamindPlus, I assisted a student who had previously been rejected by the USA but sought my help to realize her dream of studying in a first-world country. I advised her to reapply to both Canada and the USA, guiding her through the process. As a result, she successfully obtained her Canadian visa in 2022, and both she and her family were thrilled to see her journey transform from an initial setback into a success.
