Through countless mistakes, I’ve gained wisdom and a fresh outlook on life. I believe everyone possesses a unique superpower that must be harnessed for true success. Understanding ourselves and connecting with our minds is crucial. This realization has led me to embrace new challenges and connect with people, ultimately shaping my path in marketing and business development. Empowering others and experiencing daily challenges have become my passions. Along my journey, I’ve explored diverse industries such as education, banking, media, consulting, and human resources, expanding my expertise and making a positive impact.
What drives your passion for leading AS Company bd as its Managing Director, and how do you maintain a balance between personal fulfillment and professional success?
I often pondered why so many people aspire to settle abroad despite the challenges it presents. Eventually, I found my answer: the Western world places a strong emphasis on contributing to their communities for a better life. Humility, living a healthy and environmentally conscious lifestyle, and valuing nature are considered integral to success and a high standard of living. In contrast, we have been influenced by a mindset that equates success with money, property, and a showy lifestyle.
This realization prompted me to take charge of my own path and start my own business. Through my business, I aim to make a small contribution to social development. The concept of what is good is already defined; what we need is the space and initiative to implement it. Even if it starts with a small number, I have begun implementing a better social life concept for my employees and clients. I prioritize their well-being by not allowing overtime work and encouraging them to question and challenge me, breaking away from the norms of our traditional working culture..
Achieving work-life balance is not an overnight accomplishment; it requires effort and habit formation. Without consciously striving for balance, it is easy to lose it. I prefer not to mention specific book titles to reflect my modern approach. I embrace simplicity and my religious perspective influences my outlook.
Various books offer theories that may apply to different individuals, but not every theory is applicable to all. Personally, after learning about the life of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), I find that many concepts found in books about life tricks, hacks, and communication are inherited from his life.
I constantly remind myself that life is a journey, not a race. As humans, we are not in control of everything—only the Almighty “Allah” holds that power. It is normal to experience worries, but excessive worry reflects a lack of trust in the Almighty “Allah.” Working long hours doesn’t guarantee productivity; true productivity arises from working efficiently and allowing oneself to rest. Utilize the power of prayer. Work smartly rather than working harder.
What values or principles do you prioritize in your role as Managing Director, and how do they resonate with your personal beliefs and ethos?

- It’s important to remember that the majority of mistakes are unintentional, occurring around 95% of the time.
- When listening to someone, it’s crucial not to make assumptions. Remain open-minded and truly hear what they are expressing.
- While I maintain an open mind, I uphold my religious values and refrain from engaging in or accepting anything that goes against them.
- It’s perfectly acceptable to agree to disagree. Not everyone will share the same opinions or beliefs, and that diversity of thought should be respected.
- On your journey, it is beneficial to surround yourself with individuals who share the same destination as you. When you have like-minded companions, the journey becomes more enjoyable and fulfilling. They understand your aspirations, support your goals, and provide encouragement when challenges arise.

Being a team leader involves planning, leading, and inspiring others, as well as yourself. It requires presenting a composed and confident demeanor, as your attitude will reflect upon your team members. It’s a journey where failure on your part can lead to failure for the entire team.
