At the opening of this message, I pay tribute to the great architect of independent Bangladesh, the greatest Bangali of all time – Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the Father of the Nation. All courageous freedom fighters and eternal martyrs, whose immeasurable heroism and self-sacrifice helped us attain a sovereign land and independent nationhood, a sacred constitution, and the red-green flag, I remember all with deep veneration.
I offer my heartfelt gratitude to our Honorable Prime Minister, Sheikh Hasina; Bangladesh’s growth would not have been achieved and possible without her remarkable leadership.
I am happy that our Government and frontliners are contributing tremendously to the people of Bangladesh in the devastation of Covid-19.
We did not give up despite a number of setbacks. As a nation, we are now unstoppable; this is due to Jananetri Sheikh Hasina’s superb leadership. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has been a catalyst in spreading information to the general public via print and electronic media. The Ministry has a challenging role in this era of information technology, ensuring free flow of information. We are devoted to keeping people informed, inspired, aware and engaged in development through improving public and private mass media and preserving their right to access information through an open and participatory flow of information.
I admire the endeavors of the worldwide business journal The InCAP and their mother concern and publisher. International Corporate Association of Professionals (InCAP), for their unwavering commitment to excellent publication month after month.
As we bid farewell to 2021, we may also bid farewell to division, animosity, and uncertainty and usher in a new era of global optimism. May the year 2022 bring to all happiness and good health.
