The international business magazine, The InCAP is imbibed with passion. I have followed it from its inception.
The January issue symbolizes a significant beginning of 2022.
Therefore, I congratulate The InCAP for its renewed start and hope it will leave its distinct footprint to make a difference.
Covid has wreaked havoc in our lives and at that point media played a crucial role. We are indeed grateful to our Honourable Prime Minister for providing the critical direction to the industry and saving industry-related livelihoods. We also salute our workers, who have kept the industry from being doomed. And we must also applaud the finance ministry, commerce ministry, Bangladesh Bank, and all other ministries and departments of the government for their fast response and painstakingly implementing the incentive packages. These were crucial for saving the industry from apparent destruction.
We would now need to develop the skills, acquire technologies, invest more in research, innovation, backward linkages, and communicate our stories to move towards a sustainable business plan strategically.
I believe The InCAP will play a more significant role in covering these issues.
Last but not the least, I convey my sincerest thanks to the publisher, reader, and the exclusive editorial team of The InCAP and wish them all a very happy new year.
