How do you prioritize personal well-being and work-life balance while managing the demands of your role as Assistant General Manager at VIRGO Retail Ltd.?

As an Assistant General Manager at VIRGO Retail Ltd., juggling professional and personal obligations means establishing limits, scheduling tasks efficiently, and prioritizing self-care first. This can involve planning frequent breaks, assigning duties to others when it’s feasible, and keeping lines of communication open with coworkers regarding workload expectations. I still play my favorite game, cricket, go out on frequent dates with colleagues and close friends, and most importantly, spend quality time with my family outside of work hours.

Can you discuss a challenging situation you encountered in your sales and marketing career, and how you navigated through it at VIRGO Retail Ltd.?

During my tenure as Senior Manager of Sales at Twelve Clothing Ltd., I encountered a hurdle that made it difficult for me to keep expanding the company post COVID, however, I did not experience any similar issues at Virgo Retail Ltd yet. I made a firm decision to solve this by revitalizing and rebuilding my workforce. By planning an enormous conference, encouraging teamwork, and offering assistance and direction, I placed a high priority on inspiration and cohesiveness within the group. By means of a determined endeavor, we managed to adjust to the novel market conditions, recognize prospects, and reinvigorate our sales approaches, ultimately surmounting the obstacle and attaining consistent expansion.

What values or principles guide your decision-making process in both your professional and personal life as a future corporate leader?

Integrity, accountability, empathy, creativity, and sustainability are the values and principles that will guide my decision-making as a future company leader. These principles direct me in both my work and personal life, influencing my decisions and behaviors to be consistent with my dedication to moral leadership and making a good difference.

How do you foster collaboration and teamwork within your sales and marketing team at VIRGO Retail Ltd. while also nurturing personal growth and development?

At VIRGO Retail Ltd., encouraging cooperation and teamwork among the marketing and sales team while enhancing personal development and advancement involves the following tactics: Encourage open communication: Establish an environment where team members can freely express their thoughts, opinions, and worries. To encourage candid interactions, schedule frequent team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and one-on-one check-ins.
Set clear goals and expectations, provide opportunities for skill development through organizing frequent training session, foster cross-functional collaboration.
