At Accenture Footwear & Leather Products Ltd. my leadership in the IE Department led to a 15% productivity boost and a 20% decrease downtime. My strategic contributions in supply chain roles at SIMEC GROUP enhanced operational efficiency by 20% and reduced lead times by 15%. At Accenture Footwear & Leather Products Ltd. We Accenture team get support from our TOP management (Managing Director Sir, Director Sir, General manager Sir)Then To enhance productivity and quality we analyzed, set clear objective like reduce loss time ,increase productivity. Adopt Cobots, AMT, CNC, Utilize IoT, Tracking processes and monitor every process, forecast, uses different lean tools, Data analysis. Trained team members for skill development & collaborate with them.
Mr. Prince, What strategies do you employ to ensure continuous improvement and innovation within your team?
My team motto is one team one goal, believing this theme I always work. I have fixed some benchmark on my team , teach and trained them. Always try to make them happy, when pressure come keep motivate them and spread positivity in them. I am very friendly and humble with teammates by which innovation come. I observe and help them to find their talent and simplify their work.
How do you balance cost management with maintaining high standards of product quality and sustainability?
Maintaining high standard of product quality and sustainability with cost reduction /balance is challenging but achievable .We have taken some strategy like optimization in production processes, improving efficiency , reducing waste from all sections ,implementing lean tools, strategic sourcing, enhance work force skills, budgeting and forecasting ,cost benefit analysis, for precise work used different types of automation in different sections.

I see challenges as my opportunities. The numerous challenges I have faced every day in my role, and every challenging situations help to boost my confidence. With the help of Almighty Allah every challenge I have successfully overcame & challenges became my opportunity.
