A day-long training and workshop were organized for the students of the Department of Political Science at the University of Dhaka under the initiative of International Corporate Association of Professionals (InCAP). The training, titled Career Development Training, was held yesterday (October 26, 2019). The program inaugurated at 9:30 am.
The prime purpose of this training program was to introduce the modern selection and recruitment process and to ensure trainees’ entry into the professional world as a skilled human resource. One of the prominent resource persons in South Asia, Nasrin Nahar Jeneva (Director, InCAP) was present there as the chief instructor and trainer of this event. Mirza Rakib Hasan (Business & Creative Head, InCAP), Shawon Islam (Corporate Coordinator, InCAP), Syed Asiful Islam (Deputy Assistant Manager, InCAP), Md. Shoriful Islam (Deputy Assistant Engineer, InCAP) and many others were present to glorify the program.
At the end of this day-long workshop, the certificate for the successful completion of training had given amid the participants. The first ten participants were selected through intensive observation and skill assessment. International Corporate Association of Professionals (InCAP) declared that their responsible authority would ensure maximum support to the selected people regarding their job.

Ferdous Hossain (Chairman, Department of Political Science, University of Dhaka) and Dr. Mrs. Nelofar Parveen (Professor, Department of Political Science, University of Dhaka), attended the certificate giving and closing ceremony. They both applauded the initiative of InCAP and delivered the directional speech to the students.
Through great excitement and enthusiasm of the trainees, the program concludes at 5:30 pm.
