Kopotakkho Homes Limited has successfully completed another year ending 2022. COVID-19 has taught us many lessons and each person will have his or her own stories to tell about pain, drama, loss, hardships, and perseverance.
Thankfully lockdown, social distancing, the wearing of masks, and “work from home” are now officially behind us. Like the aftermath of the 1919 Spanish flu, the impact of the coronavirus will be with us for years to come.
Now recently the Russian/Ukrainian war resulted in skyrocketing commodity prices which caused inflation to peak resulting in interest rate increases. Unfortunately, such events, as always, hurt the poorest in our societies the most. This is really a very calamitous situation in that the world is bumbling from one crisis to another since the beginning of 2020. Where it will end we cannot predict.
It’s a great privilege to thank all of you for being a strong source of strength. I feel honored to have a great, self-motivated team to work with. Wish you and your family a very happy year in 2023.
