As we step into 2023, I’ve noticed a positive change in the law and order situation, but unfortunately, this improvement is marred by the soaring prices of essential commodities. The prevalence of commodity syndicates has become a significant concern, causing undue hardship to people like me who earn a modest income.
It’s disheartening to witness the negative impact of these syndicates on the cost of living. The prices of basic necessities have skyrocketed, making it challenging for individuals with limited financial means to make ends meet. It is crucial for our government to address and eliminate these syndicates, as they contribute to economic instability and disproportionately affect the poorer segments of society.
Living with a fixed income is already a struggle, and the existence of commodity syndicates exacerbates the situation, making it harder for the poor to afford a decent standard of living. I earnestly request the government to take decisive actions in 2024 to curb these criminal activities and ensure fair pricing for essential goods. This would not only alleviate the financial burden on the less privileged but also contribute to creating a more beautiful and just society.
