Bank Asia organized a day-long “Agent Banking Workshop” through digital platform on February 6, 2021, for Digital Post Office Entrepreneurs. Mr. Md. Siraj Uddin, Director General, Bangladesh Post Office was the Chief Guest and Mr. Md. Arfan Ali, President & Managing Director, Bank Asia Ltd., was the chair of the program.
Mr. A.S.M. Nasimul Islam, Director, Directorate of Post Office, Mr. Masud Khan, Deputy Post Master General, Dhaka North Division, Mr. Khandker Shahnur Sabbir, Deputy Postmaster General, Dhaka GPO, and Mr. Quazi Mortuza Ali, SVP, Bank Asia Ltd. along with other Senior Officials of the Bank were present at the program. A number of around 1,000 entrepreneurs attended the conference.
