Bank Asia has signed a participation agreement with Bangladesh Bank under the “Refinance Scheme against Term Loan” for providing term loan facilities to Cottage, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (CMSME) customers at 7% interest rate. In Presence of Mr. Abdur Rouf Talukder, Governor and Mr. Abu Farah Md. Nasser, Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank, Mr. Md. Jaker Hossain, Director (SMESPD) of Bangladesh Bank and Mr. Adil Chowdhury, President & Managing Director (CC) of Bank Asia Ltd., signed the agreement from their respective sides on 24 August 2022. Mr. Md. Shaminoor Rahman, Head of MSME and Agri Division of Bank Asia were also present.
