Presidency University welcomed the new students of Spring 2020 through a colorful reception on February 17, 2020. The Gulshan Campus was decorated colorfully on occasion. The program started at 11 am. The Vice-Chancellor of the university Prof. Dr. Matiur Rahman chaired the session, and the chairperson of the Board of Trustees Mrs. Rokia Afzal Rahman was present as the chief guest. Among the others who were present on occasion were Pro Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Mohammed Muniruzzaman, the university advisor Maj Gen Kazi Ashfaq Ahmed (Retd), the deans, the heads, the faculty members and the students of different departments.
All the speakers encouraged the learners to use their time effectively so that they can enhance and strengthen their acumen and contribute to the development process of the country in the future.
