Popular search engine Google’s jobs and career development service Kormo Jobs has stopped operations. The Karma Jobs website has informed that this service has been closed since June 30, 2022. However, they did not say anything about the reason for the closure. Google launched this job, and career development service app called Karma Jobs in 2018 to help job seekers find jobs according to their qualifications. One of the aims of this service was to solve recruitment problems for both employers and job seekers. So, Google’s Kormo Jobs App Shutdown.

Karma Jobs first started operations in Bangladesh as an emerging market. However, it became a reliable platform for job seekers and employers. Karma Jobs app was launched in Indonesia in March 2019 and India in August 2020 after its success in Bangladesh. They built a strong network of about 4.5 million job seekers in India, Indonesia, and Bangladesh until the service was shut down last June.

The app used to work like Microsoft’s LinkedIn or Bangladesh’s BdJobs. Here a user first creates a profile and CV with all the required information. Then the job seekers apply for the preferred job through the network. And employers can easily select a suitable candidate by looking at the profile.
