Shopee, the e-commerce company, is shutting down its operations in four countries. The company confirmed the closure updates, and the countries are Chile, Colombia, and Mexico. In an email, Shopee Chief Executive Chris Feng wrote to employees that the company needs to focus on core operations amid the ongoing economic uncertainty.

However, the company will adopt a cross-border policy in conducting business in Chile, Colombia, and Mexico. On the other hand, it will be completely closed in Argentina.
