Clashes between the former US-backed Afghan government and the Taliban have displaced millions of people in the northern provinces of Balkh, Sar-e-Pol, Faryab, and Jowzjan. According to various human rights organizations, more than 57 lakh people suffer.

Dilbar is still suffering from the uncertainty of how to lead later when the money runs out. But, according to doctors, 99 percent of the operated kidneys will resell.
In addition to encouraging these helpless people not to sell children and kidneys, various charitable committees are helping them with money and food. But that is not enough at all for them. Therefore, the sale of children and kidneys is not stopping, said Mohammad Sadeq, the head of a charity. He requested the world to help Afghans in dire humanitarian crises.
