The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) Chittagong Branch Council (CBC) recently organized a CPD program titled ‘Impact of Blockchain Technology on Future Accounting Process’.
Chairman of ICMAB Chittagong Branch Council Mohammad Arif presided over the function. The session chairman of the CPD program was Imtiaz Alam, a council member of ICMAB and chairman of Infinity Group and Corporate Support Limited. The keynote speaker was Rakibul Islam Maishan, treasurer of CBC and Assistant Professor, Department of Accounting, University of Chittagong.
A large number of Fellows and Associates from the Chittagong region of the institute joined. ICMAB CBC secretary Asadur Rahman was in overall charge of the program. CBC vice chairman Kanchan Chandra Som appreciated them for the efforts.
