The Nobel Prizes and the Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel were distributed 609 times to 975 individuals and organizations between 1901 and 2021. Nine hundred forty-three people and 25 organizations have won the Nobel Prize; some have done so more than once.
As per history, when Alfred Noble announced the Noble Prize, he categorized it into five categories in his will. Later, in Alfred Noble’s memory, Economics was also added to the categories. So now, six categories of Noble Prizes are awarded by the following organizations.
