Venice International Film Festival of 2022 is the world’s oldest film festival. It began on August 31. Following that, the names of the award winners were announced at the closing ceremony. The InCAP congratulates to the Winners of 79th Venice Film Festival.

An American Producer, Ms. Laura Poitras wins Golden Lion. It is the festival’s highest award, at the Venice Film Festival. She received this award for the documentary film ‘All the Beauty and the Bloodshed’. American actress Ms. Julianne Moore was the Head of the seven-member jury board of the competition section of this year’s festival. Twenty-three films made it to the competition category.
